What else helps, if you have it to hand
- What is happening
- In your own words. "The forum is down and the host says it is a database problem" is a perfectly good description.
- The address of the site
- So we can look before replying.
- What it runs on, if you know
- vBulletin, XenForo, WordPress, something custom. If you do not know, say so — finding out is part of the job.
- How urgent it is
- Whether the site is down right now, degraded, or working but worrying.
- Who has access
- Whether you have server and hosting credentials, or whether that is part of the problem.
If you are an agency
